My Workout Jams

Music is so important to my workouts.  The music keeps me motivated and the lyrics help me focus my attentions other than on what I’m doing right then.  I like songs that are up beat and that I can sing to…the lyrics not to “heavy” but motivating…here are some songs I’m moving to these days:
